For Quebec: $10 with Canada Post and $14 with Purolator
Outside Quebec: $20 with tracking with Purolator or Canada Post.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All custom orders are shipped within 7 days of production. Ready-to-ship orders are shipped 2 to 5 business days after purchase.

WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTION TIMES FOR CUSTOM EMBROIDERY?
Production times for your custom order are approximately 8 weeks following purchase (I only take these on Instagram).

WHEN I RECEIVED MY CUSTOM EMBROIDERY ORDER, THERE WERE PENCIL MARKS ON THE FABRIC, WHAT CAN I DO?
The pencil I use is a thermal pencil, which means it disappears when it comes into contact with heat, but when it's very cold, like in winter, the pencil marks can reappear. You just have to take your hairdryer and pass a little hot air over the marks and everything will disappear.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A RETURN OR REFUND ON MY CUSTOM ORDER?
No refunds will be issued for custom embroidery. All custom embroidery is final sale once the purchase is complete. You can, however, modify your project at any time, as long as I haven't started it.
