Spread - Orange and Maple

A beautiful collaboration between Dimanche Matin and Viva Panettone . The two local companies developed a recipe using their surplus oranges. They found the perfect sweet spot between the bitterness of regular marmalades and those of spreads and maple. It's very smooth on the palate and has a vibrant color. It will enhance your cheese platters, your croissants, your crepes and pancakes, and/or simply your toast.

I chose this one a little bit because it was my grandmother's favorite thing on her toast in the morning. A little thought for her.

Ingredients: Oranges, Organic cane sugar, Maple syrup, Organic lemon juice, Organic cardamom.
